How does it work?
Garlic and cinnamon infusion is a natural preparation used to combat bacteria in plants. Garlic contains sulfur compounds with antibacterial properties, while cinnamon acts as a natural disinfectant. Together, these substances help inhibit the growth of bacteria on leaves, stems and roots, strengthening the plant's defenses without causing damage.
How is it prepared?
To prepare the infusion you need easy-to-find ingredients and a little time to let the mixture rest.
Recipe:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 liter of water
Steps:
1. Boil the water.
2. Add the crushed garlic cloves and cinnamon.
3. Let boil for 5 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and let the mixture rest for at least 12 hours.
5. Strain and store in a clean container for application.
How to apply it?
- Apply the infusion directly to the affected leaves with a sprayer.
- Carry out the application in the cool hours of the day (morning or afternoon).
- Shake well before use if it has rested for several hours.
- Apply every 3 to 4 days until you notice improvement.
- It can also be used preventively once a week.
- Avoid applying under intense sun to avoid burning the leaves.
