Application mode:
Apply directly to infested plants or areas most affected by the pest. Phytoseiulus persimilis actively locates its prey using chemical and physical cues, feeds on them, and effectively controls mite and spider mite populations. Application tips:
• Apply early, before spider mite populations reach severe levels.
• Maintain relative humidity between 60 and 90% and moderate temperatures (18-28 °C) to optimize its effectiveness and reproduction.
• Avoid using broad-spectrum insecticides or acaricides that may affect its survival.
• Compatible with other natural enemies and biological control products.
• Distribute the mites evenly over the crop, especially in areas with higher pest density.
• Releases can be repeated every 7 to 14 days or according to crop development and environmental conditions.
