CHRYSOPERLA CARNEA
CHRYSOPERLA CARNEA

Application mode:
Direct release on the crop, distributing the eggs or larvae in areas with the presence of pests. Chrysoperla carnea acts as a generalist predator during its larval phase, actively feeding on aphids, thrips, whiteflies, young scale insects, mites and the eggs of other insects. Its action is fast and effective, and does not damage the plant.
Application tips:
- Apply when pest populations are incipient, for better preventive and curative control.
- Release preferably in the early hours of the day or at dusk, avoiding intense heat and direct exposure to the sun.
- Avoid recent use of insecticides, as they may affect lacewing larvae. It is recommended to wait at least 5-7 days after chemical treatments.
- Repeat the releases if pest pressure continues or if environmental conditions do not favor their activity.
- Compatible with organic farming and very useful in greenhouses, fruit trees, horticulture and ornamental crops.
Toxicity:
- For humans: Non-toxic. Completely safe for applicators, consumers and the home environment.
- For bees: Non-toxic. It does not represent a risk to pollinators.
- For natural allies: Highly compatible. It does not attack other biological controllers or beneficial insects.
- For the environment: Harmless and sustainable. It does not contaminate or leave residue.
Read the manufacturer's instructions carefully, respect the doses and times and follow the recommendations for use.
