ABONOS MAGNÉSICOS / FERTILIZANTES MAGNÉSICOS
Magnesium fertilizers – Instructions and tips for treating magnesium deficiency in plants
Application method:
Application tips:
• Apply preferably in the early morning or at dusk to avoid leaf burn.
• For foliar applications, use clean water and completely dissolve the fertilizer before spraying.
• Avoid mixing with highly alkaline products or high concentrations of calcium in the same foliar application, as this can cause incompatibilities.
• In acidic soils, it is recommended to use magnesium in the form of carbonate or oxide, as these also help correct acidity.
• Repeat every 10–15 days in cases of severe deficiencies, adjusting according to the plant's response.
• Suitable for organic farming when using magnesium sulfate or other permitted forms.
• Perform an initial test on a small part of the plant when using for the first time.
Toxicity:
• For humans: Low toxicity. May cause eye or skin irritation. The use of gloves and protective gear is recommended during handling.
• For bees: No significant toxicity; can be applied safely during non-flowering periods.
• For beneficial insects: Does not affect beneficial insects, as it does not contain insecticidal substances.
• For the environment: Safe as long as the recommended doses are not exceeded. Avoid excessive accumulation that could cause salinity or imbalances in the soil.
